GET PRE-APPROVED

OUR SIX STEP PROCESS TO BUYING YOUR HOME.

  • Getting pre-approved with a quality, local lender will help you understand your purchasing power and will establish a price range for your home search.

  • Let’s examine location, neighborhood, schools and other factors. We use your key criteria to set up a search directly from the MLS, so you will be the first to know about new listings.

  • We prepare and submit an offer on your favorite property, and then negotiate the terms of the purchase.

  • Conduct any inspections outlined in the contract; Resolve / negotiate any material defects found during inspections; Your lender will order the appraisal; and we submit any necessary documents, requested by lender, in a timely manner.

  • We finalize all the loose ends and get you across the finish line.

  • You and the sellers will sign legal documents for the transfer of ownership; you’ll also sign loan commitment documents. We hand you the keys, and celebrate!
